When you register in our forums or purchase a game from us, you fill in your personal/company details. You agree that we store and use the information to complete the agreement towards you. We not going to give them to any other party and you have allways the right to know about the information we stored about you. If it is wrong, insufficient or irrelevant you have also the right to make sure that it gets removed or corrected.

If you join the Open-Beta of SkiRanger you need a free licence key to receive updates for the game. SkiRanger will download such a key automatically for you.

When you purchase SkiRanger you get it in the current development state. Subsequent updates are free for you but only an added bonus and not guaranteed.

We also can't guarantee that the SkiRanger project will ever be completed. The development depends on many things, so there is always the risk that SkiRanger is being discontinued at any time.

All versions of SkiRanger are only for private use!

If you want to use SkiRanger or any other software developed by Outpost Studios for your company e.g. public presentations or bundle it with other products, you have to contact us first to discuss the further steps.

We reserve the right to change this agreement with immediate and/or retroactive effect at any time without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices or relevant laws.
